Orders are placed via WhatsApp or by visiting our shop directly. We will confirm stock availability, price, and delivery details before any payment is made. Prices shown on our website are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
We aim to deliver within Kigali within 24 hours of a confirmed order, subject to product availability. Delivery outside Kigali may take longer and delivery fees may apply depending on location.
Components are tested before stocking. If a product is found to be defective on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Products damaged through misuse are not covered.
Our manufactured systems, such as HSS Iwanjye, are quoted individually based on site requirements. Installation, subscription, and support terms are provided as part of the quotation process before any commitment is made.
Information you share with us (such as your name, phone number, or delivery address) is used only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
