Yes. HSS Iwanjye runs on the GSM mobile network, not Wi-Fi, so it works fine even in homes without an internet connection.
What happens to the system during a power cut?
The system has a backup battery that lasts up to 48 hours without power, so your home stays protected even during outages.
Does a false alarm cost me anything?
No. Alerts reach you as a normal phone call — there's no airtime charge to you or to us for an alert being sent, false or real.
How long does it take to get installed once I request it?
After you request it, a NARADA technician comes to your home with extra sensors on hand, figures out on the spot how many you need, and installs them — done in one visit. Once you request it, we get to you no later than the following day.
